Episode 1 of "Thanato" will premiere October 1st! What a great way to start the holidays, am I right? ;)
Some background info on this book/blog:
I'm an amateur writer chasing my dreams, and one of the things I struggle with is committing to writing every single day. I'm a loafer sometimes! To help me get on track, I designed this horror story to force me to write an episode for every day of October.
Sounds like torture.
With a little help from my friends (literally), I've come up with a way to make this process more enjoyable! You might think it's totally morbid, but I think it's totally fun. (Hehe!)
How do most horror/survival/slasher films start? Usually, with a crap-ton of friends in high school or college or even random people on a plane getting together and for whatever reason bring doom upon themselves.
So what did I do?
I gathered up my own friends for an epic adventure of deadly proportions.
In other words, I've cast my friends as characters in this story! Forewarning: The characters IN the story are not an accurate portrayal of the real people (this is to keep people from getting fussy). They are influenced by the real person in ways of looks/characteristics.
There are NO "favorites"... No one is guaranteed to live, but feel free to take votes! I'm not giving away any secrets ;)
So enjoy the ride! I hope this will be entertaining for you all. Come back October 1st! Remember, the goal is 31 episodes total, making our way to Halloween night! Check-in every night to see if you or your favorite character survived another day!

Side note: With the large submissions I received, there are almost too many characters! So you will notice not every single person will be in every single episode.
- This is a horror story. It will have blood, death, and horrific themes. If you are not comfortable with anything listed then do not proceed. I want to scare you, but not scare you away! ;) This is all in good fun. Whining about your deaths will be ignored. Also, (if questioned) I have permission from each participant to write their characters. -
